he Implementing SAFe with SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) program is for internal agile change agents and external consultants. It provides the tools to implement agile programs and validates their knowledge in agile programs, program portfolio management, agile architecture, and leadership so that they can launch Agile Release Trains as part of an enterprise Lean-Agile change initiative.
Course description
The first part of the training provides the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final part focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise. Certifying as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and becoming a change agent, enables you to coach and guide the enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace and empower them to implement a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation.

This training class will be organised remotely as 8 modules or face to face, 4 modules.

Price includes training materials, test and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification to individuals who pass the test.
Examen, diplom m.m.
After attending to Implementing SAFe course, you can take optional SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification exam. The exam duration is 90 minutes and it will be done online. Exam format is multiple choice and there will be altogether 60 questions.
