The Strategic Procurement Management Program serves as a forum for dialog and development of companies’ procurement functions through close cooperation between participants and senior managers from partner companies. The goal is to leverage modern research and proven models to help our participating companies to be among the highest performing procurement organizations.
The program will enhance participants’ abilities to communicate financial and non-financial models, and provide key indicators and conclusions. This will secure value creation within the company.
Snabbfakta
An international consortium program for the development of companies’ procurement functions. The program is intended for senior individuals working with strategic procurement management. The program is 15 days long divided into 5-day-modules taking place in Sigtuna (Sweden), Bangalore (India) and Maastricht (Netherlands).
Deltagarna lär sig
The purpose is to strengthen the core competence in strategic procurement. This will be done by providing the latest knowledge, new perspectives, tools and models – challenging “business as usual”. The goal is to develop participants’ abilities to create competitive advantage in strategic procurement.
Målgrupp
The program is intended for those responsible for procurement – i.e. CPO:s, their Direct Reports and other senior individuals working with Strategic Management. Participating companies are Telia Co., Boliden, Stora Enso and Sandvik.
