Applied Project Management
Applied Project Management (Corresponding to Praktisk projektledning in the Swedish) is a concentrated preparatory program that gives you a comprehensive perspective on project work.
The role as the project manager is the focus, and emphasis is placed upon simple, practical tools that can be immediately used in one’s work. The entire project flow from idea to utilization is dealt with, and particular emphasis is placed upon the preparations.

Form
The course is structured around lectures, group work, and discussions. Most group work deals with case studies (real projects), which you are invited to bring with you to the course.

Four full days, a total of 35 hours. A maximum of 20 participants.
