The root cause analysis section was pretty good but maybe it should be more in detail for the concept of 5QFZD and 5W2H. Minitab was really thorough. Overall good course.

I think the course was good and informative. The root cause analysis chapter and DMAIC is very interesting and helped with understanding six sigma on a more practical level.

Great course and good examples that makes easy the understanding of the courses and each subject.
