The Safety Representative doesn't have to be in the union, and the duties are both important and interesting. Every employer is grateful for good cooperation with those who want to get involved in safety.

Depending on your business, there are slightly different perspectives, but basically everyone who works with work environment issues must know the Swedish work environment legislation on systematic work environment work, responsibility issues and the minimum requirement for what routines and measures must be in all companies.
We carry out safety representative training that suits many different businesses, and we have many customers in construction and civil engineering. Education gets better the more different kinds of industries that are represented. Then we can raise work environment issues in different perspectives with the best interests of the business in common focus.
The education includes both general knowledge such as work environment legislation - Law - regulation - provision - and focus on systematic work environment management. We also analyze the parts of the legislation that affects the safety representatives.
