It was an interesting course. The project management and coordination tools will likely prove useful in their ability to identify root causes of issues.
The root cause analysis section was pretty good but maybe it should be more in detail for the concept of 5QFZD and 5W2H. Minitab was really thorough. Overall good course.
I think the course was good and informative. The root cause analysis chapter and DMAIC is very interesting and helped with understanding six sigma on a more practical level.
