The Green Belt training gives you knowledge about improvement work according to Six Sigma and systematic problem solving and improvement tools. It means you can take on the role of Green Belt or local improvement coordinator and independently lead smaller improvement projects.
The training for level Green Belt within Six Sigma is implemented over six days, divided into two occasions. Between these, the participants apply the methodology through projects in their own activities. The training also includes one opportunity per participant for coaching.
Purpose
To create an understanding of how improvement work is implemented according to Sex Sigma. To provide knowledge of systematic problem solving and improvement tools and thereby be able to independently lead improvement projects.

The training is aimed at those who are involved in the business's improvement work. Participants often have roles such as improvement managers, project managers, process or business developers. Others participate because they want to develop their ability around systematic improvement work.

Upplägg
The Green Belt education consists of two parts, part 1 Problem solving with improvement tools (yellow Belt) and part 2 Statistical process analysis.
The training consists of lectures, exercises, group work, and discussions. At the beginning of the training, the participants choose an improvement project in their own business, which is then run in parallel with the training.

Marita Bergendahl - partner, senior consultant & trainer
Marita Bergendahl is a senior consultant and partner within Sandholm Associates. She has a master's degree in engineering from KTH and has a 4-year education at the Gestalt Academy in organizational psychology and leadership. Previously, she has worked as a manager, change leader, organization developer, educator, advisor in a number of companies and organizations.
Marita is a certified change leader according to Prosci and she has been involved in founding the Swedish operations in the change leader organization ACMP. She is also trained in Six Sigma at the Black Belt level.
Examen, diplom m.m.
After completing training and successfully completing improvement projects, participants are certified as Green Belt. The content of the course corresponds to
ASQ Six Sigma Body of Knowledge and ISO 13053.
