With this course, you’ll receive 12 months access from the date of purchase to all 11 of our accredited ITIL courses including Foundation and Intermediate levels! That’s over 250 hours of potential course material including practice exams, quizzes, case studies and downloadable resources.
To become an ITIL Expert, you can do so by taking a number of different paths, but there are some key requirements:
1. Each student as a prerequisite must have passed the ITIL Foundation level exam and hold a certificate of proof
2. Students must achieve a minimum total of 17 credits from the Foundation and any combination of Intermediate modules
3. Certain credits achieved from earlier qualifications and complementary qualifications can also count towards these 17 credits
4. Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) must be taken to ensure a total credit score of 22 (the minimum required for ITIL Expert Certification
