Global Leadership training - Lead without formal authority - 4 days

The leadership training with 20 years of experience and successful results at Volvo, completed over 60 times with a thousand satisfied course participants - is now available in our open training starting in October of 2023!
Great leaders are pivotal for a business to survive, develop and thrive. However, leading can be both difficult and challenging.
Through Global Leadership's Leadership Training, you will be trained and equipped to motivate, develop and lead your team with the best possible prerequisites. Our training provides you with practical and useful tools that will help you implement immediate progress and change. The tools are intended to help develop better self awareness as well as an understanding of yourself and your leadership style - resulting in an increased understanding of how to better lead your employees.
Our leadership training has been tried, tested and is still developing as of 20 years, and is therefore thoroughly and deeply rooted in years of experience and built on a stable scientific foundation. By making lots of room for practical moments and exercises, we believe that you will be set up to successfully grow in self-awareness and develop as a leader.
We also think it's super important to have fun!
The training will develop your knowledge and understanding about how your value-based leadership affects group development, change, communication and much more. In our training, you will be trained and equipped in leadership through various stages and immediately put the theoretical knowledge you learn into practice.
Global Leadership's Lead without formal authority is a 4-day leadership training divided into two modules, 2+2 days. We will meet during two consecutive days, on two different occasions.
The training also includes individual coaching with one of the course leaders.

Eva Hyllstam
Over the past 20 years, Eva has worked with companies such as Volvo, Volvo Cars Business School, Vattenfall, AstraZeneca, Grant Thornton, IKEA, Institute for Managers Development, Ernest and Young, BDO Revision, Sahlgrenska International, Alcro Beckers, and Visionutveckling. Eva is a success creator, an individual and organizational developer.
Eva is co-founder and owner of Global Leadership, as well as owner of World Trade Center Gothenburg. Since 1998, Eva has worked as a consultant, trained and developed leaders at Volvo in Sweden as well as in Japan, China, Brazil, India, USA and Europe. She has been an inspiring guest speaker in a number of seminars and is the author of the Swedish book "Det bor en hjälte i dig".

Johanna Ottosson
Johanna has held managerial positions since 1998 in various industries. Since 2007, she has held leadership trainings and NLP trainings and has coached managers and employees. She has also lectured on various topics, including motivation and change management.
Johanna started her first company as a consultant in 2007 and is the co-founder and owner of Global Leadership.
