Create a good organizational and social work environment
In our workplaces, stress, high workload, conflicts and unclear leadership are unfortunately common. A report from the Swedish Work Environment Agency from 2019 shows that approximately one in three employees experience sleep problems, anxiety, stress and memory problems due to organizational and social work environment problems. Here we will discuss what is required to create a good organizational and social work environment and provide participants with tools and solutions through exercises, case studies and group work. In the morning, we will go through the basics of OSA (Organizational and social work environment) and provide tools to prevent problems, make risk assessments and manage stress. During the afternoon we will focus on dealing with conflicts, bullying and harassment.

Kursinnehåll
In this course, the participants get, among other things:
- Learn the basics of OSA (Organizational and social work environment)
- Knowledge of preventive measures and how to implement them in different areas
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Tools for measuring and risk assessing OSA
- Learn to identify early signs of mental illness and how to deal with it in different roles within the organization.
Method: Lectures, cases and group work. We use various digital tools to increase participants' engagement and learning. We will also test several working methods that can be used in your workplace directly after the course.

This training is eligible for financial support from AFA. This means that companies can apply for support of up to 70% of the cost.
