Coaching is a means for supporting others in bringing forth their full potential and capacity. bringing forth their full potential and capacity. The training is designed for you who work as a manager but also supports you in your roll as an educator, salesperson, parent or fellow human being.
In order for you to improve your ability to carry on a coaching dialogue you need to discover your pitfalls and your strengths. You will train yourself in realityfaithful role-plays and you will receive a lot of feedback. The training is very practical, hands-on, rather than theoretical or ? lled with models and con-cepts. A great many things will be turned on its head and you will ?nd a lot of new angles of approach which you can implement and try out – causing new results.
We train people in a form of coaching where the dialogue is on the level of attitude (mindset, way of relating to something) – not on the level of the substantive issue – which ensure a very effective way of coaching. The reason why people “get stuck” is in 99 cases out of 100 due to an unconducive attitude or mindset that gets in the way of what they want to accomplish.
Tough leadership training - Module 1 consists of two plus one day intensive training. You start with two consecutive
days where you will learn the essentials for you to start practicing coaching and a coaching mindset. After about a month we explore how your training has proceeded and ad several more advanced techniques.
Day 1 – the dialogue

Here you will get the fundamentals of a coaching mind-set. At ?rst you may discover that coaching is something entirely different from what you believed. A great deal will be about you “forgetting yourself” (to stop thinking) in order to be able to totally focus on the coachee. During the day you will distinguish which abilities you need to develop in order to have a powerful coaching dialogue – your ability to listen, to ask productive questions and to offer constructive strengthening feedback.

Day 2 – feedback
”to listen under the surface”
During day 2 you will develop your ability to listen at different levels. The aim is for you to be skilled at disregarding the substantive issue and to discern, through you listening, unconducive ways of being and attitudes that stop people from being successful. In this simple way it may be described, but mastering it in real life requires a lot of training.
Day 3 – unconducive mindset
”to have ruthless compassion”
During day 3 – after approximately one month – the training is focused on dif? cult situations, adjusted to your present experience, now having practiced coaching for quite some time. How do you tackle situations that appear “stuck”, how do you become reliable in creating results against all odds, what is it to have ruthless compassion? We extract real dif? culties from real situations – which you most certainly will recognize – and throw you head?rst into them. You´ll get a lot of personal feedback and perhaps you will also discover what it is that (sometimes) also get you stuck in life.
